SEASON BY SEASON
2021-22: Slisz made an immediate impact for the Blue Jays in her freshman campaign, earning the start in 22 of the team's 26 contests. Slisz became one of the primary scorers, averaging 8.8 points per game to rank third on the team. Her scoring acumen grew as the season went on, droping a season-high 20 points twice against Albertus Magnus (2/5 & 2/7). Slisz also proved her worth on defense, tallying 1.9 steals (50 total) to rank second on the Blue Jays roster. The Blue Jays finished 15-11 on the season, making the GNAC playoffs where they defeated Johnson & Wales in the opening round, the program's first playoff victory since 2011, before falling to Regis in the quarterfinals. 

Before USJ: Prior to being a Blue Jay, Slisz was a standout two-sport athlete at New Britain high school. A four-year member of the basketball team, she was named to the All-Conference team twice and the All-New Britain Hearld team three times. As a senior, she dropped a career-high 27 points vs Tolland (3/25/2021) and made the game-tying buzzer beater in regulation, forcing overtime in a win during Rybczyk Tournament Championship. Slisz was named MVP of tournament after her performance. In addition to volleyball, she also was a two-year member of the volleyball team at New Britain. In the classroom, Slisz was a part of the National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society, Society of Young Scholars and was a four-time Central Connecticut Conference All-Academic honoree.
