2020: N/A
2019: Montminy started 17 of a possible 18 games for the Blue Jays, making her presence known with a series of diving saves in key spots throughout the season. The sophomore was top-5 in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) in Goals Against Average (GAA), allowing just 1.32 goals per game, and save percentage (.817). USJ made it to the GNAC Quarterfinals with a 10-6-2 record, but were defeated by St. Joe's (Me.) on penalty kicks. Montminy was a two-time GNAC Goalkeeper of the Week in 2019.
2018: Appeared in two games, allowing no goals and making one save in 58 minutes. USJ finished 7-8-1, and took the top-seeded Lasell Lasers to double overtime in the GNAC Quarterfinals, but lost in heartbreaking fashion, 2-1.
At USJ: Montminy is a member of the women's basketball team, relying on her high-energy and physical play to make key contributions. She is also the Residential Housing Committee (RHC) Treasurer.
Before USJ: Montminy attended Rockville High School in her hometown of Vernon, Connecticut, where she was a three-year track and field athlete, played four years of soccer and four years of basketball. Montminy was an all-conference player her senior year on the court, as the Rams went 12-8, and made the CIAC Class L State Tournament. Off the court, Montminy was a top-ten scholar, and a member of the National Honors Society. She was also the Class of 2018 Treasurer, and a winner of the Childhood Education Career Cluster Award.
