SEASON BY SEASON
2021-22: Frigo made an instant impact in her first season at USJ, becoming a spark plug off the bench. Appearing in all 26 games, making 10 starts, the guard averaged 20.2 minutes per game. She also averaged 6.2 points, 4.4 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game. Frigo had a career day against Norwich, dropping 20 points on 9-of-16 shooting, adding five assists and four steals (Feb. 19). The Blue Jays finished 15-11 on the season, making the GNAC playoffs where they defeated Johnson & Wales in the opening round, the program's first playoff victory since 2011, before falling to Regis in the quarterfinals. 

Before USJ: Frigo spent one season at GNAC foes Johnson & Wales University before transferring to USJ.
