CHICOPEE, Mass. – The University of Saint Joseph (USJ) women's soccer team picked up a key road victory, blanking the Elms College Blazers, 3-0, during Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action Saturday afternoon on Timothy J. Leary Field in Chicopee, Mass. With the victory, the Blue Jays improve to 7-4-1 overall on the 2023 season and 7-2-1 in GNAC play, while the Blazers fall to 5-6-0 overall and 5-5-0 in the conference.

Women's soccer will look to keep it rolling when it returns to the pitch next at home on Tuesday, October 10 for a marquee GNAC fixture versus Lasell University. Kickoff between the Blue Jays and Lasers is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on the USJ Soccer Field in West Hartford, Conn.
