Samih joins the Blue Jays after most recently spending time as an assistant coach for the women's basketball team of Division II Post University. While at Post, the Eagles achieved a 22-6 record, division championship, and a first ever Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) semi-finals appearance. Prior to joining Post, he has been on the coaching staffs at Kennedy High School and Hamden Hall Country Day School. Samih also boasts a plethora of experience in basketball, encompassing directing AAU tournaments and directing basketball camps. 

Outside the University of Saint Joseph, Samih is involved as an educator and an assistant athletic director.
