Bio

Jeff Calhoun is in his fifth season as a Volunteer Assistant Coach for Men's Basketball at USJ in 2022-2023.

Calhoun joined the University of Saint Joseph (USJ) coaching staff to team up with his father Jim Calhoun, leading the Blue Jays in their inaugural season in 2018-19, and their first Great Northeast Athletic Conference Championship in 2019-20.

Calhoun was a three-year letter winner as a guard playing under Coach Calhoun at UConn. He was a member of the 1991-92 recruiting class which ranked second to Michigan (Fab 5) as the top recruiting class in the country. He was part of multiple BIG EAST Championship and NCAA Tournament teams as a player and student coach. 

Off the court, Calhoun is the Senior Vice President of Wheels Up, a private aviation company based in New York City. He is also a board member of The First Tee of Connecticut, which introduces young people to skills associated with positive youth development, and is a corporator for the Hospital for Special Care.

Jeff resides in Glastonbury, Conn. with his wife Amy, a USJ alum, and their three daughters Avery, Reese, and Peyton.
