Austin Crowley enters his second year as assistant baseball coaching for the Blue Jays during the 2025 season. In his first season at the University of Saint Joseph in 2024 as an assistant coach, the Blue Jays finished with a 17 – 22-1 record, clinching the first playoff appearance and playoff win in program history. The Blue Jays also had five players earn All-Great Northeast Athletic Conference accolades.

Crowley was a four-year pitcher at Dean College where he logged 40 innings in his career, two seasons shortened due to Covid. During his four years at Dean College, he began coaching travel ball with the SNE Stealth for three years before jumping into the college realm.
